**Training Academy Policies**

### **Course Attendance and Cancellation:**

As this course is hosted at multiple locations across the UK, **rescheduling is not available**. If you are unable to attend, there will be no option to reschedule or refund the course fee. This is because you will have received valuable pre-course resources, and we need to ensure fairness for all participants.

However, if you notify us of your cancellation **at least 14 days** before the course date, we will offer access to the **online version** of the course, launching in December. This alternative allows you to complete the training at your own pace.

No refunds will be provided, but you will retain access to all pre-course resources, including the **Beauticians Profit and Goal Planner**.

### **Model Requirements:**

You are required to arrange your own model for the training session. If you encounter difficulties finding one, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will assist where possible.

If your model cancels or is unable to attend, **you will still be responsible for the full course fee**. We highly recommend confirming their availability and commitment.

For those looking to capture Instagram content or maximise the training experience, consider bringing a model with fuller brows. However, the Hybrid Brow technique is effective on all brow types.

### **Patch Test:**

Once your model is confirmed, please provide their details for a patch test. We will need at least **7 working days' notice**along with your model’s full name and address to ensure they receive it on time. ### **Training Materials:**

We will provide notepads and pens for your convenience. Please bring any other materials you feel are necessary. We encourage you to take thorough notes during the course for your own reference.

### **Certification:**

Certification requires the successful completion of **three case studies**. Once all case studies are submitted and approved, you will receive your official certificate of qualification.

Case studies must be completed and submitted within **three months** of your training date. Please submit each case study one at a time, receive feedback, and apply it before moving on to the next model.
